You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date

Requests made after this period will not be accepted

2. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a replacement or exchange free of charge

Shipping costs for defective product returns or exchanges are covered by our company

3. Voluntary (Non-Defective) Returns & Exchanges

If there is no defect, returns or exchanges can still be requested such as dislike, wrong color or size

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

After inspection, a full refund will be issued

4. Customer Order Errors

Incorrect orders due to wrong product, model or size selection are the customer’s responsibility

Our company is not liable, but returns or exchanges may still be made under the voluntary return conditions

5. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Products must be sent back in original packaging, with labels and accessories included

Used, damaged or non-resalable products will not be accepted
