Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return Conditions
- Return Period: You can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them. Your return request must be made within the specified period.
- Product Condition: Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including tags and protective packaging.
Return Process
- Return Request: You must notify our customer service via WhatsApp about your return request. Please include your order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a return approval and necessary instructions via email.
- Product Shipment: After receiving the return approval, send the products back to the specified return address. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Return Inspection: Once the products are received and verified to meet the return conditions, we will initiate the return process.
Refund
- Refund Process: Once your return request is approved and the products are inspected, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be made using the same method as your original payment.
- Refund Timeframe: The refund is typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the products. However, this period may vary depending on the processing times of banks or payment systems.
Exchange Conditions
If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or model, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Products to be exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Exchange Process
- Exchange Request: You must notify our customer service via WhatsApp about your exchange request. Please include your order number, the product to be exchanged, and your new preferences.
- Exchange Approval: Once your exchange request is reviewed, we will send you an exchange approval and necessary instructions via email.
- Product Shipment: After receiving the exchange approval, send the products back to the specified address. The shipping cost for the exchange process will be covered by the customer.
- New Product Shipment: Once the exchange process is complete, your new product will be shipped.
Return and Exchange Fees
- Shipping Fees: The shipping cost for return and exchange processes will be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated. If the return and exchange shipping fees are covered by us, these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Product Issues and Damages
We offer free reshipment for any product defects or damages that occur during shipping. For regular returns and exchanges, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
