Ordering Information:

• Custom Dimensions: Enter your desired width and length directly as numerical values (e.g., 24.75).
• Custom Orders: We make your order specifically for you! Contact us for custom sizes and shapes, and to get a price quote.
• Buttons: If you prefer the product without buttons, please let us know.
• Color Variations: Select your desired color to see a close-up photo of the cushion in the first image position, showing how it looks in detail.
• Screen Settings: Please note there may be slight differences in color tone due to screen settings.

Material and Filling:

• FABRIC CHART:
• BABY: 25% velvet, 50% cotton, 25% durable polyester knitted fabric
• RS: 40% chenille, 60% polyester
• LINEN: 60% linen, 40% cotton
• Filling: Our cushions are filled with a blend of first-class fiber and sponge material for maximum comfort.
• Standard Height: 4” (10 cm). Contact us if you require a different height.

Additional Notes:

• Button Rows: For widths under 16 inches, there will be a single row of buttons.
• Vacuum Packing: Cushions are vacuum packed and may take up to 48 hours to return to their original size after unpacking.
• Shipping: Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping to America, England, Canada, and all European countries.

Care Instructions:

• Washable Fabrics: Open the zipper and remove buttons before machine washing inside out. Buttons can be sewn back on after washing.
• Cleaning: Gentle or hand wash up to 30 degrees, or suitable for dry cleaning. For best results, we recommend surface cleaning with a sofa washing machine.

All products are custom-made, vacuum-packed (roll pack) and shipped without boxes to ensure fast customs clearance.

Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days to your door. The roll pack is easy to move, and your product will expand in 3–4 hours. Full shape is reached within 24–48 hours.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date

Requests made after this period will not be accepted

2. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a replacement or exchange free of charge

Shipping costs for defective product returns or exchanges are covered by our company

3. Voluntary (Non-Defective) Returns & Exchanges

If there is no defect, returns or exchanges can still be requested such as dislike, wrong color or size

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

After inspection, a full refund will be issued

4. Customer Order Errors

Incorrect orders due to wrong product, model or size selection are the customer’s responsibility
