INNER FILLING MATERIAL: SHREDDED FOAM

SHREDDED FOAM AND FIBER MIXED FILLING (FEATURES):

• Thanks to the shredded foam structure, it provides sufficient firmness and support, while the fiber component adds softness and comfort. Does not cause discomfort during prolonged sitting.
• The foam pieces create a spring effect, making the sitting experience more comfortable. Fiber fills out the body of the cushion and helps maintain the product’s shape.
• Fiber ensures the cushion looks full and well-shaped; it does not sag. The foam blend creates a supportive inner structure.
• The fiber allows air circulation, preventing excessive heat and sweating.

INNER INTERLINING (FEATURES):

• Sewn beneath the fabric to help maintain its shape, preventing wrinkling and sagging. Ensures a smooth outer appearance of the cushion.
• Delays fabric wear, especially preventing tearing at stitching points. Extends the lifespan of the cushion.
• Creates a bonding layer between the inner filling and the fabric, allowing the product to appear firmer and better structured.
• Minimizes stretching that may occur over time, especially in cotton or blended fabrics.
• Since it’s used internally, it is not visible from the outside but significantly enhances the overall product quality.

All products are custom-made, vacuum-packed (roll pack) and shipped without boxes to ensure fast customs clearance.

Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days to your door. The roll pack is easy to move, and your product will expand in 3–4 hours. Full shape is reached within 24–48 hours.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date

Requests made after this period will not be accepted

2. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a replacement or exchange free of charge

Shipping costs for defective product returns or exchanges are covered by our company

3. Voluntary (Non-Defective) Returns & Exchanges

If there is no defect, returns or exchanges can still be requested such as dislike, wrong color or size

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

After inspection, a full refund will be issued

4. Customer Order Errors

Incorrect orders due to wrong product, model or size selection are the customer’s responsibility
