Care Instructions

The cover is removable with a zipper.

Wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle.
Do not use bleach.
Steam iron only when necessary.

Cushions may be vacuum-packed for shipping. Please allow approximately 48–72 hours after opening for the cushion to fully recover its original shape.

Since every cushion is custom-made according to your selected measurements, please carefully check your dimensions before placing your order.

Slight color differences may occur depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric production batches.

All products are custom-made, vacuum-packed (roll pack) and shipped without boxes to ensure fast customs clearance.

Your order is shipped within 3 business days and delivered with insured express shipping. In rare cases of damage, we replace your item immediately — no hassle for you.

Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days to your door. The roll pack is easy to move, and your product will expand in 3–4 hours. Full shape is reached within 24–48 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

At our company, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below are the conditions for returns and exchanges:

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date

Requests made after this period will not be accepted

2. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a replacement or exchange free of charge

Shipping costs for defective product returns or exchanges are covered by our company

3. Voluntary (Non-Defective) Returns & Exchanges

If there is no defect, returns or exchanges can still be requested such as dislike, wrong color or size

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

After inspection, a full refund will be issued

4. Customer Order Errors

Incorrect orders due to wrong product, model or size selection are the customer’s responsibility

Our company is not liable, but returns or exchanges may still be made under the voluntary return conditions
